This suite of postcards is a celebration of Townsville's much loved icon Castle Hill, with quirky glimpses of the ubiquitous bird and animal life and other attractions that abound in tropical Townsville north Queensland. The original paintings were created for an exhibition Postcards from Townsville shown in 2006 at the Niche Gallery, Perc Tucker Regional Gallery Townsville.
